Overall Response on Quora.com

Those who performed the 5 given tasks felt they were relatively simple and straightforward. None had any issues and all were able to perform the given tasks in a matter of seconds

I really like Quora's UI/UX. Although they are stormed with a mount of knowledge (data nodes), they present the site so users can search for any information and learn any topic of his/her choice with ease. The navigation on the site is effortless.

Emotional Response: user thought it was pretty straightforward

Task 2: Answer a Question

Accuracy: no mistakes made

Emotional Response: user thought it was pretty straightforward

Task 3: Follow a User

Time: Took 25 seconds
Accuracy: no mistakes made
Recall: recall all on multiple use
Emotional Response: user thought it was less straightforward as it involved an hover over a user profile picture

Task 4: Share the Post on Facebook

Time: took 10 seconds
Accuracy: no mistakes made
Recall: recall all on multiple use
Emotional Response: user thought it was pretty straightforward

Task 5: Report an Answer

Time: took 35 seconds
Accuracy: no mistakes made
Recall: recall all on multiple use
Emotional Response: user thought it was less straightforward was it involed clicking the ellipsis, then clicking the report button and then clicking the violation.

Recommendations

When opening a question, Quora directs us to a new tab with the answers sorted in Quora's sorting Algorithm. However, it's preferable to go directly to the answer the user clicked regarding the question rather than Quora's "best" answer as I have to scroll down, trying to find the answer I clicked on.

Although following and unfollowing users is relatively simple, it's relatively difficult to see the questions asked and answered by people who the user follows. Therefore, it's recommended to have a feed just on the activity from people who the user follows.
