I really like Quora's UI/UX. Although they are stormed with a mount of knowledge (data nodes), they present the site so users can search for any information and learn any topic of his/her choice with ease. The navigation on the site is effortless.
When opening a question, Quora directs us to a new tab with the answers sorted in Quora's sorting Algorithm. However, it's preferable to go directly to the answer the user clicked regarding the question rather than Quora's "best" answer as I have to scroll down, trying to find the answer I clicked on.
Although following and unfollowing users is relatively simple, it's relatively difficult to see the questions asked and answered by people who the user follows. Therefore, it's recommended to have a feed just on the activity from people who the user follows.
